The base price is €20, this includes the background of the sheet's design like boxes and typography. (Such as your character's name and the layout of the sheet.)
 
Some additional info
A-pose reverse to a basic pose where the character has their arms at their sides, at an angle like an A.
Picking NSFW for a reference sheet is for things like what the character looks like nude or if they have a kinky outfit that's too revealing/sexual.
About text. I will add your character's name if you'd like. And if you want I can also put descriptions and subtitles and stuff. Typically I don't add character bio's on refs because if becomes too bloated, but if your bio isn't too long (like 3 or 4 lines) then I'll see if I can add it
Usually I do only one feedback round, for character sheets I will give you a handful more. Though when I start on lineart I will no longer go back to make anymore changes!
Some people were confused about the 'Full body main artwork' option. It's like a front cover image, the main artwork and vocal point of the reference sheet. It shows what your character would look like fully rendered and in a pose that shows their personality more clearly.
