COMMISSION INFO
Here is some detailed information on how I sell / make commissions. You sould be able to find all the information you need to know before ordering your art piece!
DA RULES
There are a couple things you should know so everything will go smoothly!
CONTENT
I am comfortable drawing quite a lot of things, but I think it's easier to list what I won't draw since it's a shorter list:

Grotesque Monsters // Complex Machines // Vehicles // Gore // Political Statements // Racism/harassment
Excluded fandoms: Atem/Yami x Yugi from YuGiOh (I don't mind drawing them separately) // Hasbin Hotel // Garten of Banban // Digital Circus // Undertale and/or Deltarune

There are some grey areas; for instance, I do draw Mega Man, and he's a machine, but this list says I don't draw machines. So if you're doubtful about whether I will draw your commission, you can always contact me, and I'll take a look at your idea.

For the curious few who just want to make sure their interests are on the 'Do' list here are some things I'm completely okay with!
OC's // OCxCanon // Most fandoms // Pokémon // Sonic // Furries // Anthro // LGBTQ+ // Real People and/or Celebrities // NSFW
PAYMENT
I take payments upfront. The reason for this is simply so people won't take my art and run with it. (It has happened before 😔) Plus, as a bonus, receiving payment upfront gives me tons of motivation to work hard and fast to deliver what you're waiting for.

Payment Methods:
PayPal / iDeal / Credit Card / Master Card / Maestro / VISA / Apple Pay / Google Pay

You can pay in Euro's, Dollar or Pounds. There is a dropdown at the top of the website to change the valuta to the one you prefer.
CONTACT
You can send me a message on any of my Social Media or hit my up by email. I typically respond within 1 to 10 hours (depends if I am sleeping lol).
PROCESS
Here are the steps I generally take when working on an commission:

-
Once you order your commission, you'll receive a confirmation by email, much like any other webshop.
-
After this, I will contact you by email or DM to go over the details. Once we come to an agreement, I will let you know if there is a waiting list and when I will start on your commission.
-
Our next contact will be when I send you a sketch for approval. This is to ensure I am working towards your expectations. At this time, feel free to give me feedback if you want any changes.
-
Finally, once I have started working on your feedback, I sometimes if there are big changes send another image for approval. Then I will continue to work until I finish your commission. The next time I contact you will be for the handover.
REFERENCEÂ Â REQUIREMENTS
References can be any image by you or someone else of your OC or canon character. It doesn't have to be a full reference sheet.
I've made the option available to commission me even when you don't have a reference. In this case you can either give me a mood-board or send me a detailed description. Both however do come with added costs because I will need to do some character design on top of drawing your commission. I will send more sketches for approval and often ask your opinion on design choices.
WAITINGÂ TIME
On average, I can create art in about 2 to 3 days. Sketches are a bit faster, while comics may take a bit longer. If there is a waiting list, I will add approximately 2 days per person on the list to give you an indication of when I will get to your commission.

If you have a deadline, we can discuss possibilities and maybe adjust my schedule accordingly.

You can see my current waiting list [here]
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
There are a couple of important points I must address, such as:

In short, my art falls under my copyright, even when I draw fanart. However, this does not permit these artworks to be printed/sold as merchandise or for profit. Additionally, I will not be held responsible if you violate copyright law. If you want to use my art commercially, I can offer you a commercial license to purchase.

(This is a condensed summary; it is advisable to read the pages linked above for more detailed information).
COMIC COMMISSION
So, a comic commission requires a bit of planning.
Down below is a PDF you can download in which I wrote down information and made templates on how to write a proper script and how to calculate how many pages you might need!
NOT SAFE FOR WORK
🔞 Some more info about NSFW content
I will draw sexual themed artwork. This can include bare chests, breasts, nipples, heavy making out, sweaty bodies, tongues, biting, butts, liquids like (pre)cum. I will draw genitals, but I don't particularly like to draw a spread vagina or the head of a penis. But I can if you really want me to. Themes like bondage, toys or sexy lingerie are acceptable.
Excluded Fetishes: Feet // Inflation/obese // Adult Diapers/ used diapers // Poop and Pee

It is impossible make a full list of what I do and do not like, so for now this list is unfinished. If you have something in mind and it's not listed on here or you're not certain, feel free to ask. I don't mind talking about it and I don't judge. ^w^

I do like to state, I have the right to refuse anything that will make me uncomfortable. In that case you will get a full refund if you have already ordered your commission.
Attention: If you order NSFW art and are under 18 you will get banned if I find out.
BACKGROUNDS
I am offering 3 different options for Backgrounds

-
No background, no extra costs. I will just make the BG a plain colour, maybe add a boarder, gradient or pattern.
-
Suggestive background, will add a minor cost. Suggestive is just for big props like a chair or some magic effects. It's like half a background.
-
Fully furnished background, full extra cost. Fully furnished means I will draw a full scene, room or outdoor area.

These 3 options also are priced differently, for instance, a portrait background will be cheaper than a full body background. But also the style influence the price.

COMMISSION ADDITIONS
I am allowing people to ask for additional things for their commissions, such as the PSD/ClipStudio file or speed-paints. These used to be standard options for commissions, but with how this webshop works I have to calculate every price for every separate option combination and it drains my sanity.
So these will not be listed on the webshop portion anymore since no one really bought them. I will put them here separately and if you request these I will manually add them to your order. You can also ask for additional things that are not listed here;

-
PSD/ClipStudio file - €10
-
Speed-paint - €5
-
Without watermark - €5
-
Anime screenshot edit - Custom quote
-
Alt version of your commission - Custom quote
CHARACTERS
Thought I'd make this tiny list to just simplify how I calculate my prices. And yes, this means you can add chibi's to your cart as additional characters (Do please specify in the description why you add a chibi to your order!).

-
1 character - Full price
-
Additional character - Half price
-
Pet or Child (under 10y) - Chibi price
-
Groups (Over 4 characters) - Custom quote
IMAGE SIZE
I often draw in a 1:1 to 4:5 ratio (usually around 4000x4000px / 4000x5000px).

Sometimes I will deviate from this with a landscape size, but I don't like to do too tall or too wide.
FAQ
In most cases, no. However, if I haven't started on your commission, you can certainly receive a refund. Be sure to contact me within a day if you change your mind.
Yes, when you buy a commission there is a dropdown for the theme, select NSFW and I will draw you smut
I prefer to have one, although I am flexible. If you have a drawing where their face and hairstyle are visible from the front, I can use that.
If you really don't have one you can assemble a mood-board for me so I have an idea of what your character looks like, this will give you a mild character design fee.
if you really don't have anything, but a description I accept that as well, but I will charge for full character design!
Of course! Contact me and I'll re-send it.
In some cases, I will refuse a commission. This may happen if the guidelines provided are not followed, or if I feel uncomfortable with the topic. When a commission is refused, you will always get your money back, and I will explain the reason why by email.
I'm sorry! It barely ever happens, but sometimes the sketch can be very different from the final drawing. I will never refund a finished commission, but I will try my best to understand what it is you don't like and apply some changes to your commission, such as changing colors, fixing a detail, or making minor changes to the lineart.
However, I will not completely change the pose of your character or alter a fully furnished background to a different scene. These aspects should have been addressed during the approval of the sketch.
If you message me I can change your order through my side and charge for the extra amount separately through a payment link. If you ordered outside of my webshop (Like through DM's or Ko-Fi) I can only offer a PayPal link.
